Share fully furnished upstairs level of house with 3 other, full time employed, quiet tenants.

Bedroom is very large, furnished with bed, side tables, lamp, large desk, chair, massive built in wardrobe with ample of hanging space and shelves either side, ceiling fan and aircon (to be used sparingly).
Must agree on 2 weeks security deposit,
2 weeks rent in advance and follow a weekly cleaning roster (so you’d be doing a proper clean once/month 😉).

My hubby and I live downstairs with 2 very loving, large 2yo doggies… so if you’re a dog lover, that’ll be a bonus.
