Hi everyone!

This is my own apartment, currently looking for a housemate who is clean, respectable and happy to share a home with me!

You would have your own furnished room and bathroom. I have a desk in there that you’re welcome to use otherwise we can move it out, as well as a double bed.

It includes ALL utilities except for water, which comes every 3 months and should only be around $20 each.

Really close to the city and the highway!
