About this room

Hi, We are looking for people to rent our place now. It is in Upper Mount Gravatt, 2 mins drive from Garden City Westfield and 13 mins drive from Brisbane City. It is fully furnished and we plan to get more stuff for our patio area soon. We have two Aircon, one in the lounge (it’s new) and one in the main bedroom. Electricity, NBN internet, Water All the bills are included but if it is too much electricity, we may need to ask to pay extra. It has a 13kwh Solar panel so you don’t need to worry too much. It is available now so feel free to message me.

You can rent the whole property or rent only one room. Room 1 $220 included bills / Room 2 $230 included bills / Room 3 $280 for single & $360 for couple included bills. The whole property will be $730 a week included bills.
