About this room

Hi, my name is Wade, I work full-time and have my 8 and 7 year old stay with me Friday – Sunday. I’m looking for someone to Team-up 50/50 with someone. I have my 2 kids on weekends and it can get a bit messy but always clean after.

Our house is located in the Genesis estate in Coomera and includes access to a great pool and gym just a 2 minute walk down the street. We are a 2 minute drive from Woolworths, and a 5 minute drive from Westfield and the M1 motorway. The house is direrectly across from a walking track and a short walk to Red Edge Village where you can find IGA and a few takeaway shops.

We have a grassy backyard, a small veggie patch, unlimited internet, Netflix, air conditioning downstairs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms upstairs.

Your room can include the queen bed and as new mattress (as shown in pictures) if you need, or it can be provided unfurnished. You will have your own toilet and separate bathroom with shower and bath. Both the bedroom and bathroom have door locks.

This will suit you if you’re not into the party scene, are working full-time and/or have a secure income. You must be able to provide the real estate with correct identification and proof of income.
