Furnished bedroom available. You will share the apartment with two professionals in their 30’s who are friendly and helpful, but they are occupied with work, family, and other commitments so they do require someone who very socially independent. If you are keen for a quiet, rejuvenating, and clean home environment this is your place. Due to the housing shortage we are giving preference to permanent residents or Australian-born persons 30+, but may be able to accomodate an international student.

The bedroom features a queen size bed with mattress and built-in wardrobe. You will have use of the shared bathroom with shower and full-sized bathtub (sharing with one other housemate). The apartment has a front-loader washing machine and drier, air conditioning, chef’s kitchen, traditional coffee machine, air fryer, three living spaces, two dining spaces, herb garden, and a TV room with 4K TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Stan, Binge and Amazon Prime. The building features 360-degree mountain and city views, infinity pool, magnesium plunge pool, 24/7 gym access, and multiple barbecue areas for private, quiet enjoyment.

Everything you need is within walking distance (the Saturday West End markets, river trails, Boundary Street, and West Village). Buses on Montague Road run frequently into the city, making your journey minutes. There is no parking space available, however there are several street parking options available in the vicinity.
