FEMALES ONLY, This is a completely newly renovated unit. We have 3 separate private unfurnished rooms for females with new tiles and blinds. Two of the rooms have a double bed if you need them.

Great location – Park and River is a 3 min walk, Gym next door, Woolworths, chemist and cafe across the street. Bus stop at corner and the ferry is at the end of the street, The bldg has a Rooftop balcony with BBQ.

Common areas include a separate shower and separate toilet with double sinks, dishwasher, large stainless steel refrigerator and washer/dryer inside the unit. Rent includes cleaning of the bathroom ,kitchen and floors once a week so its done for you.

Secure with an intercom in your room for front door access, bike rack.

There is an onsite mgr for any questions. Your lease is in your name only so you are not responsible for the other flatmates rent.

. There is free wifi in the courtyard. NBN is available at an extra cost. Please note there is no parking on the property but residential parking permits are available for street parking.
