It is 2 minutes walk away from a major bus stop. Bus routes include:
City express: 129, 131, 136, 137, 141, 151 (all stop at Griffith Uni Busway except 136)

The room is fully furnished and include wifi, electricity including reasonable use of air conditioner.
You will share kitcehn with one other tenants (one female students from Parkistan)
No smoking is allowed in the house.
Prefer a female worker or student. Must be responsible, clean, tidy and friendly. International students/workers are welcomed.
Tenants in the house take turn to share the duty of cleaning up kitchen and other shared area.
Landlord is also living inside the house with their own ensuite
