Two Rooms available with air conditioning in four bedroom home with two 🚾 and one bathroom. All utilities included electricity ( using of air conditioning), gas, water, and internet with toilet paper and dishwasher.

A new bathroom 🚽 is being built, when it is ready, will be allocated to a room who wants to pay extra for that purpose.

The house is not for party and drinking. It’s just for quiet, polite, clean and respectful people.

No pet is allowable, no couples, no kids, no guests after 9.00 pm, sorry

The bond is only two weeks, with two weeks notice moving out, so you don’t have to be stuck there. It would be ideal also for people who want to stay short or medium term as well.

Just one minute to bus stop 🚏 and around 12-15 minutes to south bank and West End.

A room (210) will be available on 4th of August.

A room (230) will be available on 1st of August.

Very short term can be negotiated as well.
