My wife and I are looking for two Flatmates in their late 20’s – early 30’s. We have one room with a deck for $300/wk and one room without a deck for $250/wk. The house is fully furnished (we’ve only just moved back in and I haven’t taken those photos yet). Netflix, Wifi and a fortnightly cleaner (that cleans the common areas) are included in the rent. This a massive air conditioned house with plenty of room, so it never feels crowded. It’s situated on a big block with nice views of the valley towards the CBD. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Only a 10 min drive to the beach and 15 mins to Maroochydore.
