Student Accommodation – Room for rent

About this room

We have a spare room in our 3 bedroom home we are looking to rent to a female student. Currently it is just my partner and I, as well as our Aussie Shepherd dog Benji. You must like animals as he is an inside/outside dog and loves people!

We live in North Brisbane at Lawnton which is very close to the University of the Sunshine Coast – Moreton Bay campus at Petrie. We are also about a 15 min walk (4 min drive) from the Lawnton train station which goes direct into Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.

$230 a week including bills and wifi and can either be furnished or unfurnished. Own bedroom with your own bathroom as well. Happy to send more photos if you are interested. Please pm me including a bit of info about yourself. Thanks!
