Ashgrove is a very pleasant area to live in with direct access to shops, gyms, public transportation to CBD and universities (QUT, UQ). It is a very leafy suburb and property has a very nice aspect overlooking surrounding hills and city. Space was previously used by homestay students over many years pre-COVID.

Looking for a student who is quiet and respectful/tidy who would like a large and very clean space to occupy. No parties. Two rooms available if friends would like to move in together and share space. Will not rent second room if first person does not want to share space.

– Own large living quarters with 2 bedrooms, own bathroom, own lounge/dining and kitchenette.

– Bedroom comes with Queen bed, drawers, desk, lamp, wardrobe, bedding.

– Own lounge with TV and Sofa

– Own Kitchenette with sink & fridge, electric hot plates, microwave.

– Access to washing machine/dryer

– 5 minute walk to Woolworths & shops

– Direct access to bus into city / QUT / UQ (stop just near house)

– Street parking only (if required)

– No Pets

– $250 per week for 1 room / 1 person, includes all bills (electricity, water, NBN internet)

– $400 per week for 2 rooms / 2 people if friends want to share space, includes all bills (electricity, water, NBN internet)

– Living quarters are lockable and property is fenced all sides.

Private secure access to own living quarters. We are a family who lives upstairs – both work full-time and 2 kids are at school (two boys).
