About this room

Hello, my future housemate,
There’s one room available on September 29, It’s a large room with King size bed, bedside table, study desk, office chair, bookcase and with lock to the bedroom door. . This room is $250 per week including water, electricity and free internet . And another room is also available on November 6. It’s $250 per week. This room has a double bed. And fully furnished. If you would like to move in anytime, there’s a spare room available. Griffith university Student prefer.

It’s a tidy, and fully furnished two-story house located in Molendinar, on the Gold Coast! Just a short 20 minutes walking distance to Griffith University/College, Imagine Education Ashmore and it is a 3-minute walk to a bus stop, conveniently located nearby. It is generally a 5-minute commute to the university or the tram stop! It is also a short 8 minutes walk to the restaurants and the Supermarket.

– Welcoming and offering to international students, I am sorry, No couple.

– At least 6 months lease is permitted
– All the beds are double beds.
– Electricity, water, and unlimited internet are included in the rent.

House rules:
– Keep the house tidy/clean up after yourself
– No parties
– No smoking (smoke outside of the house}
– No pets
– No alcohol

The quiet time from 10 pm at night through to the next morning at 7 am.

None of our family members is living in the house.
