 My friends and I will be leaving our home in Brisbane in April so we wanted to look for replacements.

 The house offers:

 – 3/4 beds

 – two bathrooms

 – veranda

 – garage

 – small garden at the entrance

 The house is located in St. Lucia (15min walk from the University) and close to the bus and ferry stop (guyatt park).

 Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

 Total rent is $735/pw, furnished and water bill included.
