Really nice, comfortable furniture ready to go and I also have a massive, good quality TV. I don’t spend much time in the living room however, so the space is mostly yours. The kitchen is massive and the house has an open-living and outdoor design. There is awesome air flow and breeze through the house too, and ducted air con in every room. The place is right near parks, tennis courts, football fields etc. and the house is really modern. You have your own bathroom and your own study room nook as well. It’s really good value for 480 a week which I have negotiated down.
