Spring Hill / Private room with shared bathroom

About this room

*Ideally would be looking for a female flatmate, but for the right vibe we’re open to a male!*

This is an amazing apartment! Very large and spacious inside, the balcony is huge and has the most gorgeous sunset views & is an absolute beauty on a warm day!
It is in such an ideal location and the complex has amazing facilities!
We have a gym downstairs, two pools, a spa & sauna
There’s a bunch of shops and cafes directly downstairs, with the city, supermarket & train station all within a 5-10 minute walk, and extremely close bars & restaurants on the street & down the road!

We’ve got ducted aircon throughout the house which has been a lifesaver during summer! Air vents in each bedroom.

We’ve got two cats, so cannot accept anyone with an animal already sorry!

Your room is at the front of the apartment & is a good size! One of the walls are made up of French sliding doors so you can open up your whole room to the apartment if you want! Looks directly out onto the balcony if you do.
Fits a queen size bed, bedside tables on either side and an extremely large free standing wardrobe. Will be unfurnished apart from the free standing wardrobe for storage as the room does not come with a built in (but you have the cupboard directly outside your room for your own storage).
Ideally someone who works during the day would suit this room best, as the french sliding doors means it doesn’t block outside noise out as much & one of our flatmates is often home during the day.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished as we’ve been living here for a year now so no need to bring anything.
There isn’t a car space available, but you can apply for street parking in surrounding streets.

Our lease renews on the 28/03, but we may be able to be flexible if you want to move in earlier! 🙂
I budget about $15p/w for utilities (electricity, gas, water) and it’s never usually over that
