About this room

Hi I am advertising for my studio apartment in Holland Park West. The room is large and is fully self contained.

The house is a 6min walk to the busway and is a short trip into the city or either of the griffith campuses. The house would suit a student or working professional.

The house comes equiped with the following:

– Kitchen with fridge, microwave toaster and kettle

– Kitchen utensils

– Washing machine

– Private bathroom and toilet.

– Couch, TV

– Queen size bed and mattress (linnen & pillows to be provided by tenant)

– Dining room table

– Various free standing wardrobes and tallboy.

There is a secure space under the house to park your car if you have one.

The rent price does not include utilities. These will be shared equally amongst the residents of the house. I have a mower man who comes around to do the yard and you will be expected to contribute to this when he comes. Unlimited wifi is available should you not have your own internet.

A bit about me, my wife and I live upstairs with our 18month old son. My wife and I are both proffessionals working in our various fields. We are quiet and respectful and expect the same from any potential tenant

We are looking for a quiet, respectful person to share the place with us, we would prefer students or other working people for the room.
