The Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll be a hands-on leader in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation, service, and team management. You’ll play a key role in menu development, maintaining kitchen standards, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the kitchen team during service

• Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes

• Help design and refine seasonal menus

• Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation

• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards

About You

• 2+ years experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passionate about local produce and seasonal cooking

• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• A team player with a strong work ethic
