Available from 22 Dec, a single room is available in a house shared with four others (currently owners’ son and three other males) in Sunnybank Hills. It is a large house, generally quiet, where you can have space to yourself.

– Upstairs bedroom, furnished with bed, desk, chair (or you can bring your own furniture) and a built-in wardrobe/cupboard. Bathroom shared with one or two others. Areas shared with other tenants: Large common area, shared laundry (two washing machines and a dryer), shared kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave).

– $190 lodging fee includes electricity, water, internet. Usually 4-week bond required (bond held by RTA).

– Room to park car in yard.

– A few minutes walk to 123 Bus route, 10-15min walk to Banoon train station.

– No pets allowed

– No smoking allowed

– No overnight stayovers
