2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent upfront required
Minimum stay is 6 months
Short term will be $250 per week
Will share bathroom/toilet with a female who stays in the other single room. Will need to share cleaning in common area.
We are a small family with a young child. We also live in this house but we stay in our side of the house most of the time. It’s a spacious low set house. It’s ideal for someone who has a car and works in North Brisbane. We are looking for someone who works full time and works day time.
