I have had a LOT of inquiries, couples have been applying, but we want a SINGLE MALE, so I am going to put the questions I have sent via email or messenger to most people in the ad text so you can read them, so I can be even MORE specific about WHO I am looking for.
A few quick questions if I may ask?
-Have you read the ad carefully?
-Are you a NON Smoker?
-Are you a NON Drinker? (Or only drink socially outside of the home)
-Are you SINGLE? We do not want females staying in the home, or couples Sorry
-Are you Working full time OR studying and working part time?
-Are you quiet, and respectful?
-Are you Neat and Tidy and keep your room clean at all times?
-Are you a “Home Body” and do not like the party lifestyle and prefer a quiet evening at home studying or relaxing in your own home?
Sorry for so many questions, but we are VERY specific about the type of person we want living in the home. We have had a LOT of inquiries and only want a single working males who is a non smoker, non drinker and quiet and respectful.
We have a very quiet, relaxed and peaceful atmosphere in the home and we want to keep it that way.
We do not want to share with a couple and we do not want n females in the home. We are both Christian men and go to church every Sunday.
I am moving to the Gold Coast and will only be staying in the home 1 night a week.
The other males is working and lives here full time.
