About this room

Hi! We are a small charity based in Fortitude Valley and we have recently converted the first floor into accommodations for international students (female only)! We are located in the heart of the Valley, only a one-minute walk from the Valley Train station. We currently have 6 female students living here in private rooms, and one live-in cleaner. The room we are advertising here is a large twin room with a shared bathroom. The share room comes furnished with a TV, two recliners, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle), two side tables and a large set of drawers. The two single beds have plenty of storage space underneath. This room is perfect for you and a friend to share or if you prefer to have the room to yourself we can exchange the two single for a double/queen bed. The shared galley kitchen is huge with a large variety of appliances available for your use. We have a beautiful dining room and a massive living room/ study area. We offer free laundry and dryer, and all bills (water, electricity and internet) are included in the rent. We are still in the process of setting up some of the areas and will be installing a TV in the main living room and offering free support services. We have a top-notch security system, and the rooms are key-card operated. We do not take a bond, but we do require a security deposit equal to one week’s rent and one week in advance. Our offices are located on the same floor, so we are on-site and available to you during office hours. We provide an in-house cleaning service for the common areas and bathrooms.
