I would like to offer to share my home (townhouse style) to a single person looking for accommodation near Springwood. The complex has a pool and tennis court and backs onto a local council park with bus transport close. Wifi and water included but power shared quarterly. I am an active retired person and am happy to share my space with another non smoker working,retired or studying. I am happy to take phone enquiries and will return calls within as soon as I can.
