Semi-self-contained unit with two bedrooms, own bathroom and lounge room. This wonderful private space is adjoined to my family home and shares a kitchen, laundry, deck and backyard so we are looking for nice housemates who want privacy but are happy to live together with some shared common areas.

The photos provided are of the available space. Our family lives next to this space and the kitchen and laundry are in our area, so we are looking for friendly, considerate housemates who are happy to share the kitchen and laundry in our family area.

Applicants must provide full rental application documents and will be vetted by the real estate agency. Bond and first two weeks rent payable up front.
