Bedroom available at 29 Wahcumba Street, Dutton park 4102.

We have a room with ensuite available in a 7 bed 6 bath sharehouse.

Walking distance to South Bank and University of Queensland.

The room is available from 10/10/23.

Room is ‘Bed 1’ as circled on the attached floor plan.

Longer stay preferred. Absolute minimum 5 month stay.

One person only for the room.

Rent is $275p/w $25 bills p/w (incl. Telstra velocity internet, electricity, water).

Bond is 4x weeks rent not including bills ($1,100).

First 2x weeks rent will need to be paid at the start.

Own car parking space in car port

House has a shared washing machine, fridges etc.

The room will be furnished with a queen size bed and mattress only.

Unfortunately we cannot reserve the room, so whoever pays the bond and first lot of rent first will take it. We are looking for people who are happy to start paying for the room as soon as it is available.
