We have one furnished or unfurnished room available in our 3 bedroom modern and stylish ground floor apartmentin in a small block of 10, located close to Coorparoo Square.
The room comes with private ensuite, built in robes, fan and door leading out to our private backyard.
In the living room you’ll find an air conditioner/heater, fan, tv and couch, our renovated kitchen has new appliances, dishwasher and a fridge. Our apartment also has a built in laundry with washing machine.
Our location gives you convenient access to the City, Universities, Hospitals, Schools, supermarkets, sports grounds, public transport (coorparoo station 5 minute easy walk away, buses 2 minutes walk) ample complex and street parking available. Carindale Westfield is only 10 minutes drive away.

About us
We are 2 female student in early 20’s currently studying the arts at Queensland University of Technology. We both have busy schedules and if we are not studying we are at work or playing sports. We like to keep a clean, organised household. In our downtime we enjoy relaxing, reading and watching movies.

We are looking for a room mate to join us. We are seeking an easy going respectful individual who is neat and tidy, we live a very healthy lifestyle. Prefer a non smokers. Definitely not a party house
