Room available with air conditioning in four bedroom home with two 🚾 and one bathroom. All utilities included electricity, gas, water, internet with even toilet paper and dishwasher.

A new extra bathroom 🚽 is being built, when it is ready, will be allocated to a room who wants to pay extra for that purpose.

The house is not for party and drinking. It’s just for quiet, polite, clean and respectful people. No sleep over at all, sorry.

No pet is allowable, no couples, no kids, no guests after 9.00 pm, sorry and also no illegal activities in the house at all.

The bond is only two weeks, with two weeks notice moving out, so you don’t have to be stuck there. It would be ideal for people who want to stay short or medium term not for very long term.

The room will be available on 5th or 6th of May.

The room is $200 but can be negotiable with the right person.

The inspection day is Monday 9-11 and Wednesday 4-6pm and weekend 10-12pm
