Only two minutes walk to small shopping square – bakery, chemist, grocer, takeaway and close to Capalaba Park and Central shopping centres, bus stop is just 5 doors down the road.

Shared kitchen/lounge/dining and fully equiped so you will not need to bring anything other than your food and furniture if needed 😉

Not a party house, but sensible drinking is acceptable, no smoking.

Prefer you to be working full time please and able to obtain a Realestate reference.

This is a Rooming Accommodation (R18 Form) per RTA and 2 weeks rent in advanced is required instead of bond.

Semi boarding/rooming accommodation agreement with everything included except your food. Furniture can be arranged if needed.

2 streight females residing here. All are 41 plus and are both vonsiderate, clean and supportive. Both are working full time on different shift times.

There are 2 pets that reside here, Rosie the dog, loves being round people and will greet you when you come home. She is a beautiful 6yr old female.

Rosetta Pretzel the cat is female, she is very timid and you will be lucky to see her. Eventually, she will show a brave face for a pat or treat.
