Hi I’m an easy going women in her late forties. I live in a 3 bedroom home There is a third bedroom not in use with a single bed if a single parent needed. This would only be offered in special circumstances I am offering the 2nd furnished bedroom (queen bed) I have a beautiful friendly dog, Jethro (he hates cats so no cats) I am a smoker but not inside house. I do not drink alcohol and fine with people having a drink but not excessively. Not looking for long term tenant but open to negotiation… $240 p/w bills not included – 2 weeks bond 2 weeks in advance
