Room to rent for Spanish speaking person

About this room

Room to rent in a large family home with pool. My youngest child is 15.

Shared bathroom.

There is a lot of living space; 5 bedrooms, office, lounge, kitchen, dining room, deck, loungeroom/study, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry.

The main reason I have for renting out the room is to practice speaking Spanish.

There is a bus stop around the corner

Wifi is included

We have a greyhound dog who puts a lot of effort into sleeping a lot.

Security deposit two weeks rent.
