About this room

Coopers Plains- one fully furnished room in a 2 bedrooms unit will be available from 29th April.

You are to share the unit with an indian couple. So we are looking for 1 female or a young couple to share living with the existing Indian couple.

The bedroom is fully furnished, inside the bedroom has an onsuite bathroom, air condition, queen size bed, wardrobe, remote control ceiling fan and light, study table and chair and tv.

The common area has a kitchen, lounge and tv area. There is a outdoor deck at the back.

For extra security to all tenants, there ia a remote control front gate that is closed at all times

The rent is $250.00 for single or $270.00 for coup[le. the rent includes electricity, water and internet. prefer at least 6 months lease. 4 weeks bond required.
