This is a 2 bedroom unit but only 1 bedroom will be available. The other bedroom is not available and is occupied by an Indian male adult.

Looking for a male adult only to share this 2 bedroom unit. Looking for someone who is a non smoker, good friendly and tidy person.

The unit is located in a central position of Coopers Plains. Bus stops are right outside the unit. Walking distance, to Griffith University, QE2 hospital and shops.

Inside the bedroom has ensuite bathroom, air condition unit, remote control ceiling fan/light, wardrobe, study table and chair.

The common area has a kitchen, TV lounge, and an outside deck.

The rent is $270.00 per week, and this rent includes electricity, water and internet. 4 weeks bond required.

Lease to start with 3 months and can continue if condition is favourable by both parties.
