The perfect location in the best part of the Valley. Supermarket, pharmacy, train station, bus stops, restaurants, bars, cafes, everything is within walking distance.

The apartment is on the 15th floor and looks over the city with amazing views. It has a great balcony. The building has a large outdoor swimming pool with BBQ and sitting area.

We are looking for clean and tidy flatmates (max 2), quiet and peaceful. No smokers or vapers. No parties or loud music allowed.

You will have access to your own private bedroom equiped with a queen size bed, mattress bedside tables, ceiling and pedestal fan, TV with Chromecast, mini fridge and wardrobe. You will have your own dedicated bathroom and a parking space if needed. You will share areas with myself and my partner Igor.

We will require 2 weeks rent for the bond which will be returned upon leaving the flat if no damage is made to the property. We will also require 2 weeks rent paid in advance (rent is paid weekly, every Wednesday).
