About this room

For rent is the second bedroom in our two bedroom apartment in Gordon Park. Short term/for a few months (2-3 months) to start with, but if all goes well, we can potentially extend.

The room is lovely and peaceful, with its own private access to a large balcony with security sliding doors, a small outdoor table /chairs for your own use, ensuite bathroom, queen sized bed and linen bedding, large built in wardrobe, desk, chair and lamp. The bathroom is modern and in very good condition, with a good sized shower.

Price is all inclusive including electricity, water, high speed internet, Netflix, Prime, etc.

This would be perfect for an international student – or someone who works full time. Only open to females as you will be living with myself and my two year old toddler. So this would also only suit someone who likes children! 😉 And it would suit someone who wants to live a quiet home lifestyle as we are generally early-ish to bed and early-ish up, obviously no drugs/partying etc.

We are a health conscious family so we’d love to live with someone on a similar wavelength – but anyone is welcome to get in touch!

If you’re a student, I am also happy to provide breakfast or even dinners by negotiation, as I’ve hosted international students before.
