I have a room available for male aged between 25-40. Share upstairs self contained level of house with no more than two others. Must have full time employment. Not suitable for working from home. Suits lodger living out of a suitcase. If you are a non smoking lodger who enjoys a comfortable, clean, quite and respectful household, and in return respects the house rules, then this is the accommodation for you. All bedrooms and common areas are for paying lodgers only.

Not suitable for couples, children, WFH, pets or smokers. Street parking only. ID required.

Rent includes all household expenses, high speed internet and free Netflix in lounge room. Upstairs is a managed area. I live privately on the ground floor of my house. I provide complementary weekly cleaning of upstairs common areas – all you need to do is clean up after yourself.

Bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, small desk, chair built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Shared upstairs common areas consist of eat in kitchenette, lounge room, balcony, bathroom, separate powder room and bedrooms. Use of downstairs washing machine.

Rent is always 2 weeks in advance. Minimum stay 2 weeks. Maximum stay is negotiable- longer term stays may be excepted depending on the lodgers suitability to fit in and room availability.
