Room for rent in West End.’

Looking for a FEMALE housemate – to share with a guy and a girl (not a couple).

Normal rental rules apply, 4 weeks rent as bond , pay rent in advance, 2 weeks notice to move out.

This is NOT a party house – it’s ok to have a couple of friends over or a partner a couple of times a week but no large crowds, parties etc.

Driveway parking available.

Very close to Aldi, the #60 express bus, and all that West End has to offer.

Shared utilities, or you can pay fixed price of $30 a week -m your choice.

House and room is furnished. Double bed in room – just provide your own sheets.

Looking for friendly easy going housemate – not a clean-freak but someone who will do their share of the cleaning.

Smoking OK but only outdoors.

Currently, housemate has a dog – very friendly and lovely – it’s a small dog, but will be inside/outside and loves to sit on the indoor or outdoor lounge with you. He doesn’t lick or bother, just likes to be near / close to people if you show him attention.
