Room available for short term lodging. Lodgers share fully furnished upstairs level of house. This is a non smoking household. The upstairs shared space consists of kitchenette, lounge room, balcony, shared bathroom, toilet and separate powder room. The bedrooms are furnished with double bed, bedside table,small desk, chair, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. I live privately on the ground floor of my house. I manage and provided complementary weekly cleaning of common upstairs areas. All upstairs bedrooms and common areas are for paying lodgers only.

Suits lodger aged between 25-45 and living out of a suitcase. Perfect if you’re here on a working holiday visa, interstate business trip or waiting for more permanent accommodation. Must have full time employment during full duration of stay. Does NOT suit anyone needing to work from home. Minimum stay 2 weeks. Maximum stay depends on availability. Rent is always two weeks in advance. Rent includes all reasonable household usage and internet. ID required. Not suitable for couples, children, pet or smokers. Street parking only.
