Room available for short term male lodger. Lodger share fully furnished upstairs level of house. This is a non smoking household. The upstairs shared space consists of kitchenette, lounge with free Netflix, balcony, bathroom, separate powder room and bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with double bed, bedside table, lamp, chair, small desk, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

I live privately on the ground floor of my house. I manage and provide complementary weekly cleaning of common upstairs areas. Upstairs accommodation is for paying lodgers only. Not suitable for couples, children, pets or smokers. Street parking.

Suits lodger aged between 25-40 and living out of a suitcase. Perfect f you’re here on a working holiday visa or looking/waiting for more permanent accommodation. Must have full time employment during full duration of stay. Does NOT suit anyone needing to work from home.Minimum stay 2 weeks, Maximum stay is flexible but depends on availability. Rent is always 2 weeks in advance. Rent includes all household expenses and internet. ID required.
