My name is Evan. Im easy going, respectful 29 year old male. I have a room available for a male / female. This includes all bills plus high speed internet and complimentary fortnightly cleaning of common areas.

You will be sharing the upstairs level of the house with me. My mother lives privately on the ground level of our house. The common upstairs areas you will be sharing with me and one other person is the kitchenette, lounge room, balcony, bathroom, toilet with adjoining vanity area and use of downstairs washing machine.

The room is available for short term stays. Minimum two weeks up to three months. Suitable person needs to be working full time. Easy going, tidy and respectful. This is a quiet and respectful household. All bedrooms and common areas are for paying lodgers only. Not suitable for couples, pets or kids. Non smoking household, safe street parking, photo ID required for viewing.
