New park ridge house, perfect for 1 or 2 people, near Marsden Park shopping centre and Indian grocery. Rent includes all bills. Furniture can be provided as per request. Shared bathroom and toilet with 1 person. We are currently living 2 people in a 3 bedroom house, looking for a roommate.
