We are a family of 3. We occupy the main bed room with ensuite and the hall. We have our 2nd bedroom for rent for single/couple. It has a shared bathroom. Indians ONLY are preferred. Gender no preference. 220 per week. Bills included with moderate use.

Fully furnished room with bed, mattress, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan, and 5G wifi.

5 minutes walk to Zillmere train station and 4 minutes walk to 330 bus stop (10 minute frequency to city and bracken ridge till late night), Dominos, IGA and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Chermside and Aspley Shopping centre, Virginia, Prince Charles Hospital and Bracken Ridge TAFE. 4 minutes drive to Taigum Shopping centre, Woolworth, Indian Grocery Shop, BIG W and other shops. Walkable distance to Indian/Nepalese grocery shops, and GP/Medical Centers and other aminities. 2 minutes drive or 6 minutes walk to Gym, park, and library.

Shared fridge, washing machine, and kitchen utensils.

Big NO to smokers.

Able to handle household things at a low volume (not speaking loudly over phone/playing music loudly after 10 pm, not closing doors heavily with sounds etc), especially when others are sleeping.
