June. (Females preferred) Master bedroom, with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Rent excludes bills. It’s a Fully furnished house).
Car parking available on request (but it is a tandem park and we currently have one car). It’s a 3 bedroom house, with 2 occupants currently living. Inspection is a must as we would like to personally meet you. Maintaining a standard of cleanliness is a must in the house.
