House is located close to Pinelands Rd, 5-min walk to 130, 140, 139, P141 bus stop. Direct buses to UQ (St Lucia), Griffith University (Mount Gravatt Campus), and Tafe Queensland (South Bank Campus) available.

Rent is $170/week, inclusive of utilities and internet. Bond is $300. All rooms are individually lockable, furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, chest. Well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge area with a TV.

No pets allowed, non smokers please. No party house. Inviting friends is not allowed.

Asian Females preferred because the current housemates are females of East Asian Backgrounds and we’re happy to maintain this.
