Hi all,

I just want to share that I have a room available to rent.

Located in Runcorn, in a secure townhouse complex. The room itself is in a lowset Villa 🙂

The room has a queen bed, on the wall Flat screen tv with Apple TV, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and room to put a study desk.

Features of the villa
– 8 minutes walk to the city bus stop or Fruitgrove Train station
-8 minutes drive to Market square or sunnybank plaza
– 5 minutes drive to Warrigal Square or Runcorn Plaza
– visitors parking around the complex
– fully equipped kitchen
– Bathroom and separate toilet share with 1 person

Will share with me, the owner, and a cat. My daughter and a small dog stay with me every second week. I work shifts work and lead a pretty quiet laidback lifestyle.

– Female only, working, no pets, no smoker and tidy.

$250 per week including all bills with 3 weeks bond.
