I am looking for a female housemate who would like to share this three-bedroom townhouse with me. The current tenant will move out on July 12th. Rent includes all bills. You will have your own bathroom. There will be two budgies in the townhouse. It has a very good location where Woolworths and Richlands Train Station are within walking distance.
