About this room

I have a room for rent in eagleby inside a near new 3 bedroom duplex. Internet and electricity is included in the rental. There is a fan in the room and a washing machine in the garage. There is a queen bed and bedside but I can remove if necessary. I am a 46 year old single woman who works full time. I am looking for a single person unfortunately no pets. Smoking is permitted outside only
