Room for Rent In Nundah

About this room

Hi we are an Indian Punjabi couple we just recently moved to this apartment and we are looking for a girl to rent a room. It’s 2 bedroom apartment on top floor with big balcony, fully secured, underground parking, next to Toombul train station. Electricity and water bill will be divided.
Need 2 week bond and 2 week rent in advance. Just need house to be clean, respectful and love to know new people and we are easy going.
Almost furnished.
Preferred Indian Girl, working full time.
