Room for rent in Nudgee- short term

About this room

The house is Located in Nudgee, close to ACU , 400m to train station with a Woolies a few mins drive away. The room has a double bed , and fan. The aircon will be installed in the next few weeks and is already booked.

I have a washing machine, Fridge, utensils and cutlery and microwave and all other furniture . I park my car outside in the driveway and there is space for your car . We would be sharing a bathroom.

I’m late 30s , friendly , happy to have a chat, drink etc. but a really busy person and so this arrangement would suit someone who is independent and happy in their own company. I work from home most days and spend my time doing a lot of work around the yard. The yard is a work in progress.

I’m looking for a respectful someone to move in on a temporary basis (2-4 months). Should be working full time. I am flexible so if you find your permanent home earlier , you can move on anytime.

Rent includes all bills with reasonable use of course. Proof of employment will be required and a reference. Not suitable for couples or pets .
