ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The room itself has a large built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. It presently contains a queen size bed and will come with a white desk and office chair. If you would prefer to use your own furniture thats ok, too. The large bathroom contains bath and shower. The location is quiet with a secluded rear courtyard with air-conditioning in the downstairs area. Off-street parking is also available.
We are located 5 min walk to bus transport and 10 min walk to a major shopping centre. Walking distance to beautiful parks. Located close to QUT Kelvin Grove.
The room is available from the 26th of February. Additional bills are $21.67/month for internet, then the electricity bill is split equally amongst the three of us.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES
We’re looking for a quiet, tidy/clean and non-smoking flatmate to share this spacious townhouse, preferably for a minimum of 6 months. The lease rolls over at the end of Jan, so there is the option of staying longer then if you wish. The other tenants are two mature females. As much as we mostly keep to ourselves, we’d prefer a positive and friendly person to share. This home would be suitable for a mature student or a professional.
