About this room

Hi, I am looking for a female housemate to share my 3 bedroom house located in the leafy suburb of Forest Lake. She is preferably someone who has a job, neat, responsible and easy going. Unfortunately, no more pets as I have a dog in the property already.

The property is in cul de sac and is quiet and peaceful.

Transport is easy as there is a bus station down the road which is about 3min walk, going to Goodna train station.

Theres another bus stop straight to the city which is about 1km from the property.

Richlands Train station is only a few minutes drive.

Forest Lake shopping centre is 5 minute drive from the property.

The kitchen, bathroom and living areas will be shared. You will have privacy as the rooms are provided with doorknobs with lock. There are off street parking available.

All utility bills are included in the weekly rent.
