We have a room available in a 7 bed 6 bath sharehouse

Room is ‘Bed 5’ on the attached floor plan. Dimensions 2.9m x 2.3m

Longer stay preferred. Absolute minimum 3 month stay

One person only for the room

Available from Monday 06/03/23, but can organise earlier if needed

Rent is $175p/w $25 bills p/w (incl. Telstra velocity internet, electricity, water)

Bond is 4x weeks rent ($700)

First 2x weeks rent will need to be paid at the start

House has a shared washing machine, fridge etc.

The room will be furnished with a bed and mattress only

Unfortunately we cannot reserve the room, so whoever pays the bond and first lot of rent first will take it. We are looking for people who are happy to start paying for the room as soon as it is available
